PerfectLedgers provides offshore bookkeeping and accounting support services to accounting firms. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are agreed in a separate service agreement or statement of work.
Individual service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement specifying scope, fees, turnaround times, data handling, and termination provisions.
We treat all client and client-end-client information as confidential. A non-disclosure agreement is signed as part of every engagement. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with your written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, PerfectLedgers' liability for any claim arising from the use of this website is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
